Xpressions Steering Committee (XSteC) in collaboration with the Student Executive Council, takes pride in organizing Xpressions 2023, The annual management and cultural festival of Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, one of the largest festivals of eastern India. Xpressions, XIMB's cultural festival is currently in its 26th edition & constantly keeps growing every year. Being a festival entirely organised by students, this provides the students with the best experience at the XIMB campus.

We, at Xpressions, believe that user experience lies above everything and thus we’ll leave no stone unturned in providing the best three days of their lives to all our guests. Hope to see you at Xpressions 2023.

How to avail?
Everybody willing to participate & avail accommodation in Xpressions'23 must register here in the online portal first and then proceed to further steps.

  • You must first head to the Accommodation Desk in GR1(the security guard at the main gate will direct you) along with your college ID card.
    Based on the online registration, you will be issued event passes & XIMB team will accompany you to your accommodation.
    Each student will be given accommodation only after it has been confirmed by the Services Core Group Members.

    • Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.

    • No refunds for the payments made are possible, even in case of any rescheduling.

    • Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management.

    • No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, or musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.

    • The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Bhubaneswar jurisdiction.

    • People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.

    • Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.

    • Venue rules apply.

  • Owing to a large number of accommodation requests, we are bound to provide it strictly on a shared basis.

    You will be given accommodation only after it has been confirmed by the Services Core Group members of the festival, XIMB.
    After that, you will be allotted your place of stay and will be provided with your accommodation booklet.

    • Xpressions is a cultural festival. No political activity, rallies, or protests will be entertained during your stay on the campus.

    • Cigarettes, alcohol, marijuana or any other contraband is not allowed on the XIMB campus.

    • XIMB is not responsible in case of any mishap, accident or any other injury during your stay on the campus.

    • Gatherings in large groups are not allowed.

    • No damage to the institute property will be tolerated. Any damage to the hostel or institute property is the responsibility of the visitor.
